Shipping and returns

Delivery time and method: Delivered within 4 business days from the next business day (excluding year-end and New Year holidays)
Delivery days may vary depending on the region. Please note.
Shipping fee: Free shipping for items over 3,980 yen (tax included), and a flat rate of 550 yen for items below that amount.
Return Policy and Procedures: We accept cancellations prior to delivery. We also accept returns within 7 business days after receiving the product. We will refund the product price, but please bear the shipping costs associated with the return.
What to do if you receive a damaged or incorrect product: We will replace it with a new product free of charge, including shipping costs.
